This brochure presents Switzerland’s educational institutions and provides an overview of how they are organised by educational level, responsible authority (public or private sector), and size as well as territorial and linguistic distribution. Most of the data are from the educational institutions statistics and the statistics on pupils and students. They are based on the academic year 2017/18.
